How are tutors verified?
Every tutor verifies their identity with Singpass. Ex-MOE and qualified tutors carry badges, and their certificates are checked before they appear. You also see real, verified reviews from other parents.
How does payment work?
Pay by PayNow or card. Your payment is held in secure escrow and only released to the tutor after the lesson takes place. Because we charge tutors a flat fee — never commission — rates stay fair.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Cancel within the notice window for a full refund. If something goes wrong with a completed lesson, our Trust & Safety team will help resolve it.
Online or in-person?
Both. Filter tutors by online, in-person, or either. Online lessons run in-app with a shared whiteboard; in-person tutors show their travel area.
